The building was fully restored, inside and out into boutique office space with Blue Sparrow Coffee on the main level and the Sudler Athletic Club, a private gym amenity in the basement. The building was completely stripped down to the original concrete structure with all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems installed as well as a custom interior walnut storefront system, walnut central stair and luxurious custom millwork and finishes throughout. The exterior ring façade installed is a throwback to the original concrete “sunshade” that had been removed at some point in the past.
