Ground-up development of new office and retail building, to include tenant finish of leased spaces.

 

MAJOR COMPONENTS

  • Steel stairs at lobby.
  • Traction elevator.
  • Four overhead door – window systems for patio and street access.
  • Multiple material façade including brick, glass, rusted steel panels and painted cement board panels.
  • Engineered sound proof ceiling system between first and second floor tenants.

 

CHALLENGES

  • Complete site development, to include utilities.
  • Working with multiple tenants and General Contractors as the building contractor.
