Thomas Sprung has been building in the Denver area since 1978. Incorporated in 1985, Sprung has built and renovated many of Colorado’s finest structures. Originally from New York, Tom moved to Denver in 1972 to attend the University of Denver. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology, Tom started Sprung Construction as a sub-contracting framing company. Over time, Sprung has evolved into a full service construction company specializing in urban infill, multi-use developments and environmentally friendly commercial remodeling.
As one of Sprung’s most dedicated team members, Joe has been with the company for over 22 years. Throughout the years, Joe has made his impact with Sprung construction by consistently bringing the highest level of quality craftsmanship to every job he oversees. Joe excels in seeing the big picture, solving problems before they arise and bringing tremendous dedication, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to every project. Joe’s finest work includes the transformation of the old Denver machine shop into the corporate headquarters of Armstrong Oil and Gas.
With more than 27 years of experience, Dave is one of Sprung’s most seasoned superintendents. Dave’s extensive experience shines in his ability to efficiently organize, coordinate and keep a project moving on a fast track. Dave excels at on-site problem solving and value engineering ultimately saving clients time and money. Dave brings great balance and dedication to each job he oversees. Among Dave’s finest work, Marcyzk on Colfax and his current project at 2930 Umatilla stand out.
